Mbark Enterprises is an organization that offers three distinct services for individuals with disabilities, their families and the professionals that work with them. Your one-stop solution for Self-Direction Support Broker services for individuals and families, Quality Assurance Services for organizations that serve those individuals and First Aid/ CPR and Staff Orientation training for professionals that work with those individuals. First Aid/CPR is open to anyone willing to learn how to save a life.
Self-Direction Broker Services
Support Brokers assist people with Developmental Disabilities, who choose to self-direct their services from the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD). The Broker is part of a Circle of Support team that helps to create and manage the Self-Direction Budget. Individuals who choose Self-Direction, have direct responsibility in managing their supports and services, which includes hiring their own staff and choosing the supports and services they want and need. At Mbark Enterprises, we strive to provide quality service, using the person-centered approach to keep the individual’s best interests at heart and empower them to live as independently as possible.
Quality Assurance Services
Quality Assurance Specialists are responsible for monitoring, inspecting, and proposing measures to correct or improve a company's products and processes in order to meet established quality standards. At Mbark Enterprises, our Quality Assurance Specialists check the implementation of the quality system, conduct quality assurance audits, monitor and record results from processes and procedures and present viable solutions. Our goal is to work the organization to maintain and /or develop the quality of service they provide, facilitate compliance with regulatory requirements, emphasize quality services, and prioritize both compliance and quality organizationally. We offer quality, professional and excellent services with every organization we work with.
Training
At Mbark Enterprises, we offer you the certified First Aid and CPR training under the auspices of the American Red Cross. You can learn to save a life and gain much needed survival skills. We also facilitate staff orientation training for organizations that serve people with disabilities.
